Wisteria is a genus of flowering plants in the family Fabaceae，native to Asia and North America. Wisteria is a woody, deciduous that blooms in spring and early summer and will grow to 10 to 25 feet long, 4 to 8 feet wide. The alternate leaves are pinnately compound (feather formed) with up to 19 leaflets. The flowers, which grow in large, drooping clusters, are blue, purple, rose, or white. Some species are popular ornamental plants.
